here are no laws currently in place and no proposed laws against leaving children unattended or unsupervised in a car for this state at this time.   f you are a resident of one of these states and would like to help Harrison’s Hope in our mission to get legislation passed in this state we would love to work with you on getting a law passed in your state.   The first step is to find a state legislator who is willing to sponsor the bill. Maybe you could start with your districts’ state senator or state representative.  We would be willing to help you in any way possible before and/or after you find a sponsor.  If you want to call me to discuss this further please feel free to do so.
